During the week I always eat really well, like I don’t eat anything but dinner with my family (as to not be suspicious) but on the weekends I always end up binging (like 1,200 calories and sometimes more) and I end up feeling super guilty. Do you have any advice for avoiding binges on the weekend?
Honestly 1200 is not a bad number especially on weekends when it’s so much harder to restrict due to events or simply family dinners getting more extravagant.
I suggest maybe doing what I do; 0-800 cals for weekdays and 0-1500 cals for weekends. This way you are still restricting but you aren’t binging.
